Paste the iCal calendar link from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or your channel manager (Smoobu, Hostaway, Beds24). Klino checks bookings every 30 minutes and suggests a cleaning after every check-out. You just approve. Cleanings that aren't in a calendar you add by hand, one at a time or many at once.

Pick who's working today and click “Generate plan”. Klino splits cleanings evenly, groups apartments that are close together and orders them by real walking routes. The map shows who cleans where, and in what order. Adjust the plan by hand whenever you like.
Confirmations instead of phone calls
Every job shows “seen” and “accepted”. By a time you choose, you know who still hasn't confirmed, and you move the apartment to someone else right away. Notifications arrive in the app and as push notifications on the phone.
A photo report and checklist from every cleaning
The cleaner goes through the report step by step on her phone: checklist, photos, notes. Door codes, the key lockbox and remotes are on the apartment card, but she only sees them for the apartments she's cleaning today. You accept the report or ask for fixes.
Issues that don't get lost in the chat
ProAn issue report has photos, a category and urgency. A note from a report comes back as a task on the next cleaning of that apartment.
Cleaner pay that adds itself up
The rate comes from the apartment category, the cleaning type and the extras ticked in the report. The amount is locked when you accept the report, so later rate changes don't touch pay already earned. Bonuses, deductions, individual rates and the monthly close are all in the Start plan.
Drivers and linen
If you deliver linen, Klino builds the driver's route in one click: from the storeroom to the apartments, how many bags of clean linen to drop off and how many dirty ones to collect. Drivers are paid on their own rates.

The whole app works in English and in Polish.
